1960's Bob Dylan Bob Dylan is a 1/12th sculpt over a wire armature. His arms and legs are gently poseable. Protest songs of the 1960's gave the rebellious, peace-loving and anti-establishment generation a voice. Blowin' in the Wind and The Times They Are a-Changin' became anthems of the anti-war and civil rights movements. Bob Dylan's songs of social protest grew out of his love of folk music with lyrics inspired by the Beat Generation, the forerunner of the hippie movement. Bob himself was protested, when in 1965 at the Newport Festival he went ELECTRIC! But, he blamed it on a simple twist of fate and, like a rolling stone, he carried on. Here he is shown with his Fender Stratocaster from that era.
